Please be noted: All clients must have Vietnam Visa before Mekong River cruise trip and Vietnam Visa Stamps is issued in Vietnam Embassies abroad, or obtain a via on arrival at Vietnam International Airport in Ho Chi Minh, Hanoi and Da Nang.
At present, only citizens of few countries can visit Vietnam without entry visa:
- Not more than 30 days: for citizens of Thailand, Philippines, Malaysia, Singapore, Indonesia and Laos.
- Not more than 15 days: for citizens of Japan and South Korea, Sweden, Norway, Denmark, Finland.
The best practice is to get the visa stamped on your passport before the departure by applying to one of the Vietnam Embassy or Consulate in the world. If you want to avoid a long procedure for a visa to be approved at an Embassy outside Vietnam (from 4 to 10 days), we can arrange to get the visa approved code service for you. But in case there is not any Vietnam embassy or Consulate in your country or you just want to visit Vietnam at once on the way you travel, the Visa on Arrival is the solution. The Visa on Arrival is the visa be stamped on your passport at a International airport on your arrival at Vietnam. But this visa only be issued if you applied for it in advance and approved. CAMBODIA VISA ON BOARD RV MEKONG PRESTIGE II:
Please be noted: All the clients on RV Mekong Prestige Cruise need the Cambodia visa in advance or easy obtain Cambodia Visa Stamp on arrival
Cambodia bound tourists may obtain their visa in advance through the online E-Visa. Travelers who begin their Mekong Prestige II voyage in Cambodia may instead opt to obtain a Cambodian visa on arrival at the airports in Phnom Penh, Siem Reap, and at all major border crossings. You will need two passport-sized (4cm by 6cm) photographs, US$20 in cash and a passport valid for a minimum of six months beyond the date of entry into Cambodia.
For the upstream cruise from Vietnam to Cambodia, Mekong Prestige Cruise can help to secure the Cambodia visa on board prior to our arrival at the border and a visa fees of US$27 per person will be added to your onboard invoice. Tourist visas are valid for one month beginning with the date of entry into Cambodia.
